Some have said that excellent service is an attitude, and after observing Rene repair a flat on a drive thru customer it became obvious that attitude and fast effective service go hand in hand. From the time the truck rolled in, Rene had the LFO fixed and back on the truck in less than 30 minutes.
According to Rene, he hustles because “people talk, and if you try your hardest, word will get around.” He plans on retiring from [McCoy’s] “a long, long, time from now”. Rene is looking forward to the arrival of his first baby girl this coming February, and wants to retire from McCoy’s in “20 years or so”.
Good job Rene, we at McCoy Truck Tire Service Center Incorporated couldn’t be prouder of your efforts and commitment to excellence!
